This Contempt Petition is filed by Party-in-person for non compliance of the order dated 05.01.2016. We have heard Party-in-person for some time. He draws our attention to the order dated 05.01.2016 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.5229 of 2015. The relevant part of the said order reads as under :- "11. Though the petitioner has vehemently argued that, the Respondent No.4 has no authority to pass the impugned order, in view of subsequent event of terminating the services of the petitioner, in our considered view, points raised in this petition so far as order of termination is concerned, can be raised by the petitioner before the School Tribunal and same can be considered by the said Forum.
