The learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed proposal seeking benefit of gratuity as per the provisions of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972.

Mr. Desale, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 submits that the authority would decide the representation in accordance with law.

In case, the application dated 21.07.2018 is pending with the authority for grant of gratuity as per the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, the authority shall take decision upon it in accordance
