The applicant is seeking recalling of order dtd. 07.06.2022 by condoning the delay of 100 days whereby his First Appeal Stamp No. 7680/2022 was refused to register for want of nonremoval of office objections. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all such office objections within four weeks. 2.

In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to removal of all the office objections till 30.01.2023.
