By this civil application, the petitioner / employee prays for restoration of the petition which was dismissed for non removal of office objections on 25/09/2018. It is informed that, thereafter the learned Advocate for the petitioner unfortunately passed away. The applicant is without employment. His appeal challenging his termination has been dismissed by the School Tribunal. 2.

The learned AGP and the learned Advocate for the respondents oppose this application.

For the reasons set out and in the light of the submissions made, this application is allowed and the delay of 541 days is condoned with the following directions :- [a] All office objections shall be removed on or before 08/04/2022 and thereafter the order of this Court dated 25/09/2018 would stand recalled and the writ petition would stand restored at the stage at which it was dismissed.

[b] No costs are being imposed as the applicant is without employment for several years.

[c] Non compliance of the direction at clause (a) would result in recalling of this order and the petition would stand disposed off. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) khs/Mar.2022/773
