Taking into consideration the fact that due to the absence of learned Advocate for the applicant the appeal was dismissed, but then he says that he had filed sick note and had made arrangement to appear, however, it appears that the advocate with whom, he had made arrangement did not appeared when the matter was called out. Since the advocate for applicant is taking blame on himself, application is allowed. 3.
