The application is filed for giving direction to bring legal representatives of Respondent No.4 on record. The respondent No.4 died on 26th July, 2012 and the application came to be moved on 13th October, 2012. it is contended that the applicant learnt about death of Respondent No.4 on 25th September, 2012 and it was not informed to him. In view of these contentions, the application is allowed. Amendment is to be carried out immediately.
