PER COURT:

1] Mr. Golegaonkar, learned counsel submits that the validation proceedings of the petitioners are pending with the committee since the year 2001, 2003 and 2007, respectively. In this matter the vigilance was also conducted. However, decision is not taken as yet.

We have also heard the learned AGP.

2] In case validation proceedings in respect of the caste/tribe

{2} 925, 928 and 930 sr. nos..odt claim of the petitioners is pending with the Committee, then the Committee shall take decision upon the same on its own merits, expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within six months. The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 4th October, 2017.
