O R D E R

The Appeal has been filed by the original claimant for enhancement in the compensation. The claimant with his Advocate Mr. Pathan holding for Mr. Bide Advocate and insurance company's Advocate to whom authority has been given, i.e. Mr. Choudhari is present. Learned Advocate Mr. Choudhari has tendered authority letter issued by respondent No.3 Insurance Company, which is taken on record. Respondent No.3 - the insurance company and the claimant have arrived at the compromise which is marked at Exhibit-"A". The

fa637.23 settlement is that respondent No.3 - insurance company would pay additional amount of Rs.3,46,031/- as full and final settlement to the claimant, which the claimant agrees.

Under such circumstance, the First Appeal stand disposed of in terms of compromise Exhibit-A.

The award be drawn up in terms of the compromise Exhibit-A. 4.

Respondent No.3 - insurance company states that the additional amount as agreed would be deposited within SIX WEEKS in this Court. After the amount is deposited, the appellant - claimant would be entitled to withdraw the same.

Court fees be refunded as per rules.

The Appeal, therefore, stands disposed of, accordingly. 7.
