The Writ Petition is disposed of by directing respondent No. 3 to decide the proposals forwarded by the Head Masters for grant of approval to the transfers of the petitioners from unaided schools to aided schools on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. Liberty to the petitioners to apply is granted.
