Considering the fact that the parties have amicably settled their dispute, pending Misc. Criminal Application No. 390 of 2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Newasa and its order dated 26.07.2023 below Exhibit-1 is quashed and set aside. 3.
