Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has challenged the order passed by the learned trial court regarding proclamation issued against the petitioner. During pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner surrendered before the trial court and he has been released on regular bail. Hence, this petition has become infructuous.

Learned A.P.P. submitted that the appropriate order may be passed.
