At the out-set learned A.P.P. appearing for the State informs this Court that ex-gratia compensation amount has been disbursed to the victims.

2.

The counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that Petitioners are ready to approach Civil Court for redressal of their grievances. The counsel, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the Petition with further liberty to approach the Civil Court.

3. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

We make it clear that the Petitioners were prosecuting this Petition with bona fide

intention and the concerned Court shall keep in view the time spent by the Petitioners in prosecuting this Petition while entertaining the prayer for delay in filing the suit. In case the the suit filed by the Petitioners is lawfully entertained, the concerned Court may expedite the hearing of the suit and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
