The petitioners are aggrieved by deprivation of the benefit under Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Shetkari Sanman Yojana-2017 regarding a loan waiver scheme.

The respondent - Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies in his affidavit has stated as under: '5.

I say and submit that, the petitioner firstly lodged a complaint on portal regarding their loan waiver benefit. After that, deponents office resolved petitioners complaint and same was communicated with petitioner. During this process respondent Bank communicated deponent's office stating that the petitioner are eligible for loan waiver scheme. The banks letter dated 10.04.2019 and 05.08.2019 is already annexed page no.35 and 36 of this petition.

I say and submit that, as per respondent no.4 -

Banks letter petitioners are eligible for loan waiver scheme. This was also communicated with the government through online portal by the deponent. 7.

I say and submit that, petitioner once again lodged a complaint before Taluka level committee on 31.07.2019. The Taluka level committee resolved petitioners complaint stating that, when the loan waiver amount is received from state government, it will be credited to the petitioners account by letter dated 30.01.2020 is annexed herewith and marked as EXHIBIT R-1.'

Since the entitlement of the petitioners stands admitted, we dispose of the writ petition by taking the aforementioned statements as an undertaking to this Court and direct the respondents to extend the benefits of the scheme to the petitioners within six months.
