These are applications for withdrawal of the amounts of deposited by the respondents in this Court. The learned AGP opposed the application on the grounds stated in the appeal memo.

Presently, the award is in favour of the applicants and for the reasons stated in the application, the same has to be paid to the applicant. Hence following order:

1. The applicants are allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this court with interest accrued thereon, on furnishing undertaking that in the event of adverse order passed in the appeal, they shall deposit the entire amount within a period of 12 weeks.
2. Remaining 25% amount shall be invested in fixed deposit in the name of the applicants initially for a period of 13 months in any nationalized Bank and shall be renewed thereafter as per directions of the Court.
