Mr. Irale Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, fairly submitted that post filing of the petition, respondent No.3 has decided the proposal and the petitioner is willing to challenge that decision as the petitioner is aggrieved by the said decision.

In view of the above statement of learned Counsel Mr. Irale Patil for the petitioner, nothing survives in the Contempt Petition. The Contempt Petition is accordingly disposed of. 3.
