This matter was heard for some time. The learned Advocate representing Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 placed reliance upon an affidavit in reply filed by Amol Prabhakar Shinde, District Programme Manager, National Health Mission, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar and submits that as a forged document is placed on record, heavy costs may be imposed.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner sought a pass over. When the matter is called out, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner khs/Sept.2023/10776

- 2 - submits that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this petition and would donate an amount of Rs.5,000/- to the Advocate Associations' Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad.

In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. An amount of Rs.5,000/- shall be deposited by the Petitioner with the Advocate Associations' Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad and the receipt of the same shall be placed on record in the file of this petition within 15 days.
