The learned counsel for respondents submits that to resolve the dispute of this nature the Committee is constituted under the Government Resolution dated 20.07.2019.

In light of that, petitioner may approach the Committee constituted under the Government Resolution dated 20.07.2019. The decision shall be taken by the Committee within a period of one (01) month from the date the petitioner files application with it on its own merits, considering the fact that petitioner is disabled person.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
