Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that, the petitioners and respondent No.5 have settled the matter amicably and have entered into Terms of Compromise dated 15.02.2022. He tendered across the bar said Terms of Compromise dated 15.02.2022. The said Terms of Compromise is duly signed by petitioner Nos.1, 2 and 4 and the petitioner No.3 and respondent No.5 have put their thumb impression on it. The signatures and thumb impressions of respective parties have been duly identified by their respective advocates. The

(5) pages of verification separately executed by the petitioners and respondent No.5. The original Terms of Compromise dated 15.02.2022 is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 4 on instructions submitted that, the said respondents have no objection for execution of Terms of Compromise by petitioners and respondent No.5.

In view of the Terms of Compromise dated 15.02.2022, nothing further survives in the present petition. Petition accordingly disposed off.
