This is an application for withdrawal of amount. Learned counsel for Respondent No.1 - Insurance company opposes the application. According to him the petitioner has suffered head injury constituting 38% permanent disability. According to him the award in on higher side. It is challenged on the quantum only.

For the reasons given in the application, same is allowed. Applicant is allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount on furnishing required 1 / 2
