Learned Advocate for respondent No.1 - insurance company admits that the amount of interest has not been deposited as yet. He seeks time of six weeks to deposit the amount. 3.

It is a decided matter by the Tribunal at Parbhani. The applicants are the widow and the daughter and even the parents of the deceased have been granted compensation. All of them are

2 1024-CA-275-21.doc residing either at Jalna or around Aurangabad. It would, therefore, be convenient for them to withdraw the amount if it is deposited in this Court.

The respondent - insurance company shall deposit the amount in this Court first and then the amount payable to the parents of the deceased be transferred to the Tribunal at Parbhani for being paid to them there and the amount payable to the applicants be paid at Aurangabad.
