We have heard Mr.Nagarsoge, learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner alleges the contempt of the orders of this Court dated 11th February, 2019 in Writ Petition No.9886/2018. The learned counsel submits that the respondents have not taken steps for appointment of Administrator.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the present respondent no.6 has filed Writ Petition No.10937/2021 and the interim orders are passed in the said Petition. The authorities are refrained from taking final decision upon appointing the Administrator.

In the light of that it cannot be said

741.19CP.odt that there is willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court.

In view of the circumstances existing, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.

In case, in future if there are no prohibitory orders and the respondents are not proceeding further, the petitioner is at liberty to agitate his grievance.
