The petitioner, who is an 83 years old senior citizen appearing through GPA, has put forth prayer Clause 'B', 'C' and 'D' as under:- "B) By allowing this writ petition, the respondent no.2 may kindly be directed to decide the representation dated 05.07.2016 filed by the petitioner in the interest of justice.
C) By allowing this writ petition, the respondent No.2 may kindly be directed to hand over the possession thereby accepting remaining installment of occupancy price from
(2) the petitioner for the land Gut No.29/1A admeasuring 57 Are and from Gut No.33/2D admeasuring 40 Are which is already allotted to the petitioner and his brother.
D) Pending hearing and final disposal of this writ petition, the respondent no.2 may kindly be directed to hand over the possession thereby accepting remaining installment of occupancy price from the petitioner for the land Gut No.29/1A admeasuring 57 Are and from Gut No.33/2D admeasuring 40 Are which is already allotted to the petitioner and his brother."

The representation at Page No.41 dated 05.07.2016 tendered by the petitioner with the office of respondent no.2, is pending and the petitioner desirous that respondent no.2 may consider the same and take an appropriate decision. 3.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent no.2 to consider the said representation dated 05.07.2016, strictly in accordance with the policies/rules
(3) applicable, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 15th September, 2022. In the event the petitioner's assistance is required, respondent no.2 shall accordingly intimate the petitioner.
