By this application applicant seeks condonation of delay of 114 days caused in filing appeal against judgment and order dated 29.01.2024 passed by District Judge-3, Bhusaval in Regular Civil Appeal No. 612 of 2014.

Applicant states that due to communication gap and lack of knowledge delay has been occasioned. Contents of application are not controverted by respondent. Hence case is made out to condone delay. In that view of the matter application is allowed. Delay of 114 days caused in filing appeal stands condoned. Appeal be registered after removal of office objections.
