PER COURT :- The issue raised in these petitions is no more res-integra and is covered by the Judgment of Division Bench of this Court in the matter of Prakash s/o Subhash Bhople Vs. Deputy Collector (Setu), Latur and others reported in (2015) 4 Mh.L.J. 890. If the petitioners tender application/s to the concerned Sub Divisional Officer together with original tribe certificate/s whereby their tribe has been described as 'Mahadev Koli' within three weeks from today, the concerned Sub Divisional Officer, on the basis of original tribe certificates produced by respective petitioners, without

{2} wp 11596.18 & ors.odt embarking upon further inquiry into the matter, shall proceed to issue corrected tribe certificate/s describing the tribe as 'Koli Mahadev' which is in consonance with the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Orders, 1950. The corrected tribe certificates shall be issued to the respective petitioners within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of their applications.
