DATE : NOVEMBER 15, 2021 ORDER :- Inspite of service of notice, there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent-acquiring body. The appeals are proposed to be filed by original claimants for enhancement of compensation for compulsory acquisition of their agricultural lands. 2.

For the reasons given in the applications, the same are allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), on condition that the applicants shall not be entitled for interest or any other monetary benefits for the delayed period ranging between 334 and 1837 days, respectively, in filing the matters, besides for the period from the date of filing of the applications i.e. 21.08.2019 to the date of this order, since the applications have been circulated for the first time after about two years.
