This petition is filed for a limited direction to respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously. The learned AGP appears for respondent Nos.1 and 2. He states, on instructions, that the hearing on the tribe claim of the petitioner has been completed and that the Scrutiny Committee can pass its order within a stipulated period of time. 2.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within three weeks from today. 3.
