WITHDRAWAL 1.

This application is for withdrawal of the amount. The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that now the R & P is received. The challenge is with regard to the quantum of the rate on which the compensation is awarded by the Court. He thus, submits that the appeal itself can be taken up for final

disposal at this stage.

As 75% amount deposited is already withdrawn by the Claimants on furnishing an usual undertaking. 3.

Place the First Appeal for admission on board dated 21.11.2024 with understanding to the parties that the Court may take up the First Appeals for final disposal at the stage of admission on next date.

STAY 1.

The amount is already deposited by the State in the office of this Court, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award as per prayer Clause (B).

The Civil Application stands allowed and disposed off.
