Learned AGP on written instructions from the Collector, Beed dated 25.01.2024 submits that the necessary approval for acquisition of the petitioner's land has been recorded and the money has also been transmitted which would be disbursed within four weeks. 2.

We accept the statement as an undertaking to the Court. The communication is taken on record with the observation that pursuant to the stand being taken, a compensation would be disbursed within four weeks.
