Civil Judge, Senior Division, Omerga, the applicants/appellants have preferred present First Appeals. These are applications for condonation of delay of 3409 days. The applicants seek condonation of delay on the explanation expressed in the application.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after six weeks. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent no.1 3.
