This Civil Application is for condonation of delay of 954 days. 2.
Ms. Laxmi R. Thakur holding for Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the delay period of 954 days caused in filing the First Appeal on account of the applicant' s land being compulsorily acquired and that is his only source of income was from the land which was acquired. The compensation amount granted by the Reference Court is meagre and that he would suffer an irreparable loss.

Respondent No. 3 - Acquiring Body though served, but remained absent.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the Civil Application for condonation of delay is allowed and the delay of 954 days in filing the First Appeal is condoned subject to the waiver interest for the delayed period.
