Mr. Vibhute, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner admits that he has wrongly claimed as belonging to Thakur Scheduled Tribe and in light of that accepts the invalidation of the Thakur Scheduled Tribe certificate. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner would take corrective steps as belonging to Thakar Scheduled Tribe.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is for the petitioner to take appropriate steps. No costs.
