The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had to file the writ petition as in spite of grant of admission she was unable to upload the tribe validity certificate, which this Court had found her entitled to in the earlier round. He would submit that, though the order was passed before the cut-off date and the committee was supposed to 1/2

02 WP 9537 24.odt immediately issue a certificate of validity, it had failed to do so and after filing of this petition today afternoon the committee issued her a certificate of validity, which respondent no. 4 has allowed to be uploaded on the site of respondent no. 3. He submits that the purpose of filing of the petition is subserved.
