Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the proposal submitted by the institution seeking approval to appointments of petitioners as teachers is not yet decided, though same is pending from November, 2016.

Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 submits that, in case proposal is pending with the respondent No. 3, then the respondent No. 3 will decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.

In case the proposal (page No. 40) is pending with the Education Officer/respondent No. 3, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four

(04) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
