In both these matters, the Petitioners, who have the Koli Mahadev Scheduled Tribe certificates issued by the State, are praying for issuance of the Certificate in Central Government format on the basis of the Certificates issued by the State Government. The original khs/Sep.2024/9471

- 2 - Certificates would be produced before the Competent Authority for verification so as to enable the Authority to issue a Certificate in Central Government format.

In view of the above, the Petitioners would appear before Respondent No.2, on 06.09.2024 at 11.00 a.m. Both will produce their original Tribe Certificates for verification. Let Respondent No.2 issue the Certificates in Central Government format, on 10.09.2024 at 2.00 p.m. Needless to state, the Original State Certificates would be returned to the Petitioners after verification. 3.

With the above directions, both these Writ Petitions are disposed off.
