The petitioner's proposal is pending with the respondent no.2/Scrutiny Committee for validation of the tribe certificate. 2.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in urgent need of the decision since the college has been allotted to her in the current admission process. She is ready to adopt the reply filed by her father - validity holder to the vigilance inquiry report submitted in his matter.

Learned AGP informs us that the matter is awaiting vigilance inquiry.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the petitioner to
