Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and perused the application.

It is seen that First Appeal was admitted but the learned Counsel for the appellant despite five chances failed to supply copies of First Appeal for issuing notice to respondent nos.1 and 2 therein. Hence the appeal was dismissed in default.

The learned Counsel for the applicant states that he will remove all office objections including supplying copies of memo of appeal within a period of one week.
