Issue notice to respondents. The learned Additional Government Pleader accept notice for respondents nos. 1, 2 and 4 and the learned Advocate accepts notice for respondent no. 3 respectively.

The proposal pursuant to the corrected tribe certificate has been submitted by the petitioner in 2017 and the validation proceeding is pending. The petitioner has appeared for final year B.D.S. examination.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has to undergo internship. The petitioner will not be getting degree certificate unless she clears the internship.

Considering the above, we pass the following orderORDER [I] The Committee shall make endeavour to decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

[II]The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 08.02.2021 [III] Respondents no. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's final year B.D.S. course only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

3 wp 221.2021 [IV]In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then may be allowed to undergo the internship, however, the degree certificate shall not be issued until the petitioner produces the validity certificate.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
