In view of the fact that, respondent no.4 did not complete the work as contemplated by the provisions of Sugarcane Control Order, 1966 as amended in 2006, the Aerial Distance Certificate issued by the Commissioner of Sugar, in favour of respondent no.4, shall stand expired as per the provisions of Section 6-B(1) of the Order.
