The learned A.G.P. has challenged the maintainability of this writ petition on the ground that in terms of the ratio laid down by the Supreme Court in case of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra and others reported in 2015 (6) Mh.L.J. 915, second revision before the State is maintainable. The learned AGP submits that the petitioner has alternate remedy to prefer the second revision before the State Government.
