The petitioner is seeking transfer from District Nandurbar to District Jalgaon.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is working in tribal area for almost nine years. 3.

Mr. Sonawane, the learned advocate for the Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon submits that, at present there is no vacancy available. As and when vacancy arises, claim of the petitioner would be considered.

We accept the the statement made by the learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad that as and when vacancy would be available, the grievance of the petitioner would be considered. 5.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
