The learned Advocate for the applicant seeks leave to change the name of the applicant company in cause title from "Dhanya Agroindustrial Private Limited" to "Ecom Agro India Private Limited". He has produced on record the certificate of incorporation dated 18/10/2022 pursuant to the change of name. 2.

Prayer Clause "B" of the application runs as under : - "B.

Applicant Company be permitted to change name of applicant company from Dhanya Agroindustrial Private Ltd to Ecom Agro India Private Ltd in cause title and to make consequential changes and oblige."

In view of the above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause "B". The application is disposed of. 4.
