By this Civil Application, the applicants seek permission to intervene in Writ Petition No.4284/2010 and seek further interim reliefs. 2.

Mr. Deshpande, learned Counsel for the applicants states that the applicants were allowed to intervene in the Writ Petition even earlier and were heard by this Court.

We have heard learned Counsel for the parties and are of the view that the applicants in Civil Application No. 12123/2017 also be permitted to intervene in Writ Petition No. 4284/2010 in view of the order already passed by this Court on earlier occasion, permitting the applicants to intervene.

Applicants are allowed to intervene in Writ Petition No. 4284/2010. In so far as other prayers in the Civil Application are concerned, the same can be considered alongwith Civil Application No.12122/2017 filed by the State Government.

Civil Application No. 12123/2017 is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
