By this petition the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner belonging to Koli Mahadev Scheduled Tribe at the earliest. 2.

Urgency in the matter is that the petitioner has been allotted to the College and he is required to submit validity certificate on or before 05.09.2025.

We find from the documents placed on record, the respondent - Scrutiny Committee has granted validity certificate to the father, uncle and real sister of the petitioner by reasoned orders. 4.

In view of the above and considering the extreme urgency

2 976 WP 10473-2025.odt projected on behalf of the petitioner, we direct the sole respondent - Scrutiny Committee to pass final order on the tribe claim of the petitioner on or before 02.09.2025.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
