By this petition the petitioner is seeking a direction to respondent - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner belonging to Koli Mahadev Scheduled Tribe within a stipulated period of time. The learned A.G.P. appears for the respondent - Scrutiny Committee. 2.

Urgency in the matter is that the petitioner has been allotted an Engineering College and he is required to submit validity certificate on or before 05.09.2025.

It is brought to our notice that the vigilance enquiry has been completed in the case of petitioner and the hearing is also completed and only the order is to be passed by the respondent - Scrutiny Committee.

We find from the documents placed on record that the petitions filed by paternal blood relatives of the petitioner were allowed by this Court and the Committee was directed to issue validity certificates. Even the real brother of the petitioner has been granted validity certificate by reasoned order by the Scrutiny Committee itself on 15.07.2019. 5.

In view of the above and considering the extreme urgency projected on behalf of the petitioner, we direct the sole respondent - Scrutiny Committee to pass final order on the tribe claim of the petitioner on or before 02.09.2025.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
