By this petition the petitioner is seeking a direction to respondent - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioners belonging to Koli Malhar Scheduled Tribe at the earliest. 2.

Urgency in the matter is that the petitioners have been allotted to the College and they are required to submit validity certificate on or before 05.09.2025. The vigilance cell enquiry was completed on 31.07.2025.

We find from the documents placed on record that the cousin of the petitioner has been granted validity certificate by the respondent - Scrutiny Committee.

In view of the above and considering the extreme urgency projected on behalf of the petitioner, we direct the sole respondent - Scrutiny Committee to pass final order on the tribe claim of the petitioner on or before 02.09.2025.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
