Mr.Joshi, learned counsel submits that the proposal is submitted with the Respondent No.4 for the VIII standard on account of natural growth. The same is pending with Respondent No.4 and the steps are not being taken.

Mr.Bankar Patil, learned counsel on instructions submits that pursuant to the proposal (Exh.I), inspection is being carried out by Respondent No.4 within two (2) months and the same would be forwarded to the authorities for further action. 4.
We have heard learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader also. 5.
In light of the above, we pass the following order : a) The Respondent No.4 shall process the said proposal (Exh.I)
in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within two (2) months and thereafter shall forward it to the Respondent No.3 for further action. On receipt of the same, the Respondent No.3 shall process the same expeditiously and take further steps. b) The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. (V.L.ACHLIYA,J.)
