It is submitted that the reliefs claimed in the present petition is also prayed before the Director/Joint Director of Education, Maharashtra State, Pune and the Director/Joint Director of Education has taken cognizance of the petitioner's grievance and notices were issued to the Institution. The same is still pending with the Director/Joint Director of Education.

In the light of above, the Director/Joint Director of Education may take decision in accordance with law on its own merits on the representation of the petitioner of which cognizance has been taken, expeditiously, preferably within four months. 1/2

Liberty to the parties to move, in case the parties are aggrieved by the order of the Director/ Joint Director of Education.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
