The applicant apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No. 0321 of 2022 registered with M.I.D.C. Police Station, Latur for the offences punishable under sections 419, 420, 464, 468, 471, 470, 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having heard the learned advocate for the applicant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and on going through the papers of investigation, it is clear that except the fact that the applicant is named in the FIR, there is absolutely no material against him.

The application is allowed by confirming the interim protection granted to the applicant.

Till filing of charge-sheet, applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by investigating officer. The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
