The present Writ Petition takes exception to order dated 24.07.2023 passed by Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Dharangaon, Dist. Jalgaon in Regular Civil Suit No.16/2014. 2.

Perusal of application Exhibit-86 shows that prayer was made before learned Civil Court to stay the proceeding pending before Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Jalgaon under provision of Maharashtra Money Lending Act, 2014. The said application has been rejected vide impugned order.

Mr. Talhar, learned Advocate appearing for petitioner invites attention of this Court to subsequent order dated 11.09.2023 passed in Writ Petition No.11228/2023 by Division Bench of this Court, wherein interim directions are given, thereby interim stay is granted to proceeding pending before District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Jalgaon.
