Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. This is the second petition filed by this very petitioner in the context of pendency of the tribe claim of the petitioner being verified by the Scrutiny Committee. 2.
It is to be noted that this petitioner had filed writ petition No. 10101 of 2025, seeking direction to the Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim at the earliest for the reason that the petitioner aspires to take admission in the MBBS / BDS courses.

By an order dated 12.08.2025, this Court disposed of the writ petition and directed the Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner at the earliest and in any case on or before 31.08.2025.

Today the date is 21.08.2025. Despite the specific direction already granted in favour of the petitioner by order dated 12.08.2025, passed in writ petition No. 10101 of 2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner mentioned this petition at 10:30 a.m. today, projecting grave urgency in the matter due to which the petition is taken on the production board.

It is when the petition is called out for hearing that we realize that we have already passed the aforesaid order in writ petition No. 10101 of 2025, to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner on or before 31.08.2025.

The petitioner is unnecessarily filing petition after petition projecting urgency in the matter and resultantly wasting the time of this Court, which is already overburdened with urgent student matters.

The direction granted in the order dated 12.08.2025 passed in Writ Petition No. 10101 of 2025 is reiterated and the present petition is disposed of.
